Ingredients

1/2 c. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (cooked)
Preparation

Simmer syrup
and
margarine in a 10-inch skillet for 2 minutes.
Add
carrots.
Cook
for 10 minutes or until carrots are glazed, stirring frequently.
Serves 4 to 5.
