Crispy Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 c. margarine, melted
salt and pepper
seasoned salt (if preferred)
Preparation

Wash potatoes, dry and prick with a fork.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, until soft.
Cool potatoes slightly; cut into quarters (wedge-shaped) and scrape out almost all pulp.
Place, skin side down, on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until crispy.
Makes 16 wedges.
