Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    1/2 c. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans chili beans
    4 oz. spaghetti, broken 5 times into smaller pieces
Preparation
    Brown beef; add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot.
