Autumn Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine eggs, oil and water in a large bowl. Add salt, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar; beat well on low speed. Add pumpkin; mix well. Mix flour with baking soda and stir into batter. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pans or on wire racks.
