Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie shells
    meat of choice (1 lb. Danish ham, cut in small pieces or 2 lb. browned sausage or 2 lb. browned hamburger or 1 lb. fried and crumbled bacon)
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute pepper and onion in butter.
    Put eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
    Add the meat, cheese, flour, baking powder, pepper and onion.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into pie shells.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
