"Kim-She" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots mix
    4 pork chops, sliced into strips
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and garlic salt; add pork strips and saute. Add vegetable mix and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Then simmer until vegies are tender.
    Serve over rice.
