Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Dissolve gleatin in boiling water.
    Drain oranges, reserving syrup and set aside.
    Add water to reserved syrup to make 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin.
    Blend in mayonnaise.
    Chill until thick.
    Fold in celery and oranges.
    Spoon into 1-quart dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
