Tomato And Bell Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    3 green bell peppers
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    juice of 1 lime
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    salt to taste
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    chopped fresh parsley to taste
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into sixths or eighths; drain.
    Seed peppers; cut into bite-size cubes.
    Put tomatoes and peppers in a nonmetallic bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Pour this mixture over tomatoes and peppers.
    Let marinate in refrigerator several hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve chilled.
