Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    olive oil or bacon drippings
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    sugar to taste
    Creole seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Zatarain's crab and shrimp boil seasoning
    1/2 lb. shrimp per person
Preparation
    Saute celery, onions and green pepper in the olive oil.
    Brown flour in the vegetable mixture.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add salt, pepper, sugar and seasonings.
    Cook on slow simmer, stirring occasionally, for about one hour.
    Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp turns pink.
    Serve Shrimp Creole over rice, add French bread and a salad for a great meal.
