Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes
10 green peppers
10 red peppers
15 medium onions
1/4 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
2 1/2 lb. sugar
small jar mustard
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions.
Mix together and add salt. Let stand overnight.
Drain well in colander.
Put in kettle and add vinegar, sugar, mustard and flour.
Boil hard 20 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars.
If desired, add 2 teaspoons red pepper or more if you like it hot.
