Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet, add breasts and cook until lightly brown (but done).
    Remove chicken.
    Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
    Add broth and milk.
    Stir and cook until thickens and bubbles.
    Stir in mustard.
    Return chicken.
    Cover and heat 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
