Butterscotch-Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    18 pecan halves
    ground cinnamon
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/3 c. cold water
    2 to 3 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Arrange 6 (6 ounce) custard cups in circle on 12-inch plate. Place 2 teaspoons margarine in each cup.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High until margarine is melted, about 1 minute.
    Place 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 3 pecan halves in each cup; sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High until hot and bubbly, 1 to 2 minutes.
