Easy Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer (any kind at room temperature)
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar and beer in medium mixing bowl. Spray a 9 x 3-inch loaf pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Melt stick of butter. Take bread out of oven and pour melted butter over bread. Bake bread for another 10 minutes.
