Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix sour cream or yogurt and beef broth.
Blend in red wine vinegar.
Whisk in mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Add to corn. Garnish with tomato, crumbled bacon and green onion.
