Black And White Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter, then add sugar gradually.
    Add eggs to this and beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy.
    In another bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add this alternately with the sour cream to the butter mixture.
    Begin and end this with dry ingredients.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool cookies and then flip over to ice the flat bottom half chocolate and half vanilla.
    Makes about 20 cookies.
