Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange peel (optional)
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon) and set aside.
Mix together, creaming the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
Stir in alternately the milk and dry ingredients into the zucchini mixture. Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
Pour into 10-inch buttered Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
