Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 18 to 24 muffin tins (or line with paper liners). Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour for loaf pans; 15 to 25 minutes for muffins.
