Tortillas De Papas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 large potatoes (2 lb.)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8-inch round slices.
    Heat 1 cup olive oil in a heavy skillet until hot.
    Add potato slices and sprinkle with salt.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Add finely chopped onions.
    Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes and onions are tender.
    Drain oil.
