Ingredients

3/4 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Andes candies mint wafers
Preparation

Cook oleo, sugar and water in large pan over low heat until melted.
Add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Pour into large mixer bowl and let stand 10 minutes.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, on high.
Reduce to low and add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill 1 hour.
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Roll into ball and bake 2-inches apart at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes.
Place mint candies on top and let set until soft.
Swirl to ice cookie.
