Mandel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. chopped almonds, ground
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add oil and sugar alternately with electric mixer at low speed.
    Beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add almond extract and nuts. Pour into lightly greased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cut into pieces.
    Return to oven to lightly brown.
