Amish Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. cold water
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 stick margarine
    5 lb. bag bread flour (approximately 12 c.)
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, honey, salt, margarine and cold water.
    Add cooled milk and yeast mixture.
    Add 3 cups flour, then gradually add remaining flour.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Form to make loaves, hot rolls and/or cinnamon rolls.
    Let rise, then bake at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes beautifully.
