Grilled Fish Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. salt (kosher if available)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Rub fish with a little mayonnaise; then sprinkle rub on--rub it in well with back of wooden spoon.
Rub oil on grill and grill approximately 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish filets. Especially good on salmon!
