Garlic Grit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grits
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 roll garlic cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water. While hot, add 1/2 stick butter and cheese. Add milk.
    Add eggs, beaten in a measuring cup then add enough milk to make a cup. Stir into greased casserole.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
