Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken or pork
    1 small onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to your taste
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces. Cook onion lightly in oil (not brown). Add eggs and fry lightly. Add rice, salt, pepper and meat. Stir and cook 3 minutes. Take off heat and add soy sauce. Serve hot.
