Coconut Cream Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 small pkg. flaked coconut, divided (save a couple Tbsp. to sprinkle on top of meringue)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, salt, flour, coconut and egg yolks in a large Pyrex bowl.
    Microwave on High for 9 minutes or until thickened. Add butter and mix until melted.
    Then add vanilla; mix well. Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and 2 tablespoons coconut.
    Brown in oven.
