Fruited Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops (may substitute pork steak)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium apple, pared and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Pound meat between waxed paper sheets to 1/4-inch thick.
    Melt margarine in skillet and brown cutlets a few at a time.
    Remove as they brown and keep warm.
