Brandied Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2-inch stick cinnamon
    2 1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut up
    1 beaten egg yolk
    1/4 c. brandy
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup cold water, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Add milk, sugar and chocolate; stir until chocolate melts.
    Remove cinnamon stick.
    Beat with a rotary blender to blend in chocolate.
