Baked Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing
    approximately 1/2 bottle water
    3 to 4 Tbsp. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Arrange pork chops in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 package Lipton onion soup.
    Pour 1 bottle Russian dressing over all.
    Add approximately 1/2 bottle of water.
    Top with 3 to 4 tablespoons apricot preserves.
    Do not cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for about 1 hour. Good with rice.
