Potato-Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced with skins
    carrot, quartered
    Butter Buds to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Bake full power in microwave in casserole dish for 20 minutes.
    Fat free.
