Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) bag kisses

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add milk, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Roll into balls and then into sugar.
(Use color sugar at Christmas.)
Pam spray cookie sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately top with candy kiss. Press down and bake 1 minute.
Cool and remove from sheet.
