Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crepes
    small curd cottage cheese
    eggs
    sour cream
    blueberry or cherry pie filling
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend together cottage cheese and eggs.
    Stir in cinnamon. Fill each crepe with a couple tablespoons.
    Fold into a small square package.
    Brown in a little margarine.
    Serve with sour cream and pie filling.
    We usually use two eggs for a pint of cottage cheese.
    Because we like them well done, we usually pop them in the microwave for a bit after browning.
