Golden Mushroom Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes (1-inch pieces)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. condensed chicken broth
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef in butter with onion and garlic.
    Add chicken broth; cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir in soup and water.
    Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until tender. Stir now and then.
    Serve over noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
