Caramel Delight Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (7 oz.) flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping
    2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Preparation
    Melt
    butter in large skillet.\tAdd coconut and pecans. Cook until
    golden
    brown,
    stirring
    frequently.
    Set aside. Combine cream
    cheese
    and condensed milk, beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
