Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head
    1 stick celery
    1 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, celery, pepper and salt.
    Cover it with water and soak for 1 hour, then drain.
    Mix in another bowl with sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Put in cooker and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cool it and pour it over cabbage mix.
    Mix it up good.
    Put in freezer cups.
    Store in refrigerator overnight, then you freeze it.
    Thaw and eat.
