Pork Chops And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thinly sliced potatoes
1 (11 oz.) can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients except pork chops in 2-quart baking dish.
Stir well.
Fry pork chops until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and place on top of potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
