Russian Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    3 c. halved, cooked beets, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except beets.
    Mix the sauce well and add it to the beets.
    Heat the beets with sauce slowly, stirring to coat.
    Makes 6 servings.
