Sunflower White Cake(One Bowl) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. flavoring
    4 egg whites (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Stir flour, sugar and shortening and beat vigorously 200 strokes or 2 minutes in mixer, scraping bowl frequently.
    Add unbeaten egg whites and continue beating 2 more minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
    Batter will be thin.
    Bake in two 8-inch greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
