Olive Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. olives (green with pimento), sliced or salad style olives
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven and bake, covered, about 1 1/4 hours or until \"done.\" One may want to stir after 30 minutes and 1 hour.
