Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (meat cure)
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Form into 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. With a fork, poke holes in foil on bottom of each roll. Place rolls on rack over pan to catch any liquid that drips during baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
