Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas (about 2 large bananas)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup and its juice
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in bowl; mix well, then make a well in center.
Break in eggs; add oil, vanilla, bananas and last, add pineapple with juice.
Stir ingredients in a folding fashion; do not beat.
Just mix well.
Pour into greased tube pan; bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
