Ginger Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans beef gravy
1 small ginger, diced (fresh ginger root)
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 lb. beef, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook beef until brown; drain.
Add gravy, ginger, salt and pepper to beef.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is tender. Place into serving bowl.
Garnish with green onions on top.
Serve with white rice.
