Spinach Madelaine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach or 2 (28 oz.) cans
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt (celery)
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup with onions and spices.
    Heat until onions are cooked.
    Add grated cheese.
    Drain spinach and mix with mushroom mixture.
    Place in a casserole dish and cover with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake in the oven at 400\u00b0 and bake until crackers brown and mixture bubbles.
