Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. canned milk
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
5 Tbsp. cocoa
6 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cocoa in a saucepan.
Add well beaten egg yolks and milk.
Cook and stir until mixture is thick. Add vanilla.
Pour in baked pie crusts.
Top with beaten egg whites and sugar.
Brown in oven.
Makes 2 pies.
