Herbed Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 minced fine garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. crumbled, dried leaf tarragon
    1/4 tsp. crumbled, dried leaf mint
    3 c. stale bread crumbs
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Stir in garlic, Tabasco, tarragon and mint.
    Add bread crumbs; toss lightly to coat cubes on all sides.
    Stir until lightly browned.
    Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
    Yields 3 cups.
    Use in soups and salads.
