Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 or 10 flour tortilla shells
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In large frying pan, cook ground beef and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Mix in spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and spices.
    Cook until blended, just a few minutes.
    In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, lay out 2 tortilla shells.
    Top with 1/4 of the meat mixture.
    Top that with 1/4 of the cheese.
    Repeat 3 times more until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until warm through and cheese melts.
    Then let set 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 8.
