Mrs. Ottie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    3 sticks butter
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs; add flour; add salt and extract; cook for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Turn heat down to 300\u00b0 and cook for 25 minutes in a greased stem pan.
