Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes for approximately 20 minutes (depending on size) in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cut lengthwise and scoop our potato pulp, leaving approximately 1/4-inch.
    Brush with vegetable oil; add salt and pepper.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
