Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
3/4 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash and chunk cabbage.
Place loosely in blender and cover with water.
Blend only a few seconds until motor of blender changes speed.
Drain and repeat with remaining cabbage until all is shredded.
Drain well.
Mix sugar, salad dressing and a dash of salt and pepper.
Mix well with cabbage.
Drained cabbage may be stored in plastic container, covered and refrigerated for later use.
