Stuffed Snapper Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 red snapper fillets, skin on and deboned
1/2 lb. crabmeat, flaked or chopped
1/2 onion, diced fine
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 can cream of celery soup, add more if needed to hold together
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and mound on the flesh side of the snapper fillet. Place on greased sheet pan, skin side down. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until fillet is flaky and stuffing has browned.
