Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 c. sugar
3 c. grated, raw zucchini
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add next 3 ingredients and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture and blend.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in greased tube pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
